Spotted the Perfect Dress

If you know me, you'd know that I looooooooove vintage dresses... AND THRIFTING! I'm really cheap. Urban Outfitter clothes are what I love but are unattainable to me.. One look at the prices, I faint.
ANYWHO. I actually went to the Goodwill today, by myself, only planning to buy my dad a gift for Christmas.
I started off with just buying two items for my dad... to buying 4 items total. I bought a 1.50 paisley tie for Nieman so he would have more ties to wear for work AND a dark blue dress with white polka dots and a lacey neckline. I fell in love with it. First of all... I LOVE lace.. second.. I have been obsessed with polka dots lately. Don't know why.. but yeah. SO.. it was a perfect combination!
I didn't even try the dress. I just saw that it was my size and I caaaaaved...
It was less than 10 bucks, so I couldn't pass it up!
When I got home, I tried on the dress and realized it was a little too long for my liking.. so what did I do? HEM IT of course! So here's what it looks like..

A little retro and vintage. It might be a weird design to some, BUT I LOVE IT.. and that's all that matters! This was after I hemmed it. I'm glad the rest of it fits like a glove! SO......Guess what I'm wearing on Sunday:]

P.S. Did I mention it even has POCKETS?! :]
